General

  • Please note that these are digital goods, no track.

  • All commissions, unless state beforehand, are strictly for personal use.

​

  • Acceptance of a commission is not guaranteed. I reserve the rights to refuse a commission for any reason.

​

  • Please note, English is not my first language. Then try to use simple and easy one so I can understand you correctly.

​

  • If you want to order an illustration for commercial use, prices will probably *2.5 or more. The following cases are considered commercial use:

    • When you receive profit in the medium where you're using it and/or as a way to get attention.

    • Works to be used on products/act as the product that generate revenue.

    • Logo/banner work for businesses/personalities that generates revenue/open for donation.

  • The displayed prices is starting prices. There will be additional fees depending on how much complicated and detailed things your character has.​

    • Long hair, wavy/curly hair

    • Accessories, tattoos

    • Detailed/complicated clothes design

    • etc

  • Rush commission (less than 1 week) will be subjected to rush fee of +50% of the total price after detail estimation

​

  • If you have any question feel free to ask.

Payment Information

  • Payment via Paypal, credit card, or debit card.

​

  • Prices are in USD.

​

  • Will use BMC for accept debit or credit card payments. Please note that It may has a card's fee.

​

  • Please pay a payment in 2 days. If not, your order will be canceled.

​

  • Commissions will never be started unless I received a full payment (exceptions may apply).

  • Collect all order details or fill the form below then send to me by dA's note, twitter's dm, e-mail, etc.

  • Once I accepted your order, I will give you the estimation of the total price then wait for your confirmation.

​

  • Then I will send an invoice. The payment must be paid before I put you into queues and start working.

​

  • The work process takes between 3 days to 3 months, counted from the point I start your order.

​

  • During the process you will received sketch confirmation. Minor changes allow to 3 times. After that, you have to pay an extra charge. It's cost $2-$5 or more depending on details.

​

  • After the sketch approved, I will continue to finished it.

​

  • Usually I will not send other WIPs after sketch confirmation. If you want to see feel free to ask but please do not ask for process everyday or rush me.

​

  • After finishing an order. I can do small changes such as color adjustments or adding tiny details I may have forgotten for once.

​

  • Any mistakes made on my behalf (e.g. misread description, missed a detail, etc) I will correct free of charge. However if the mistake is as a result of insufficient information or not mentioned to me when I accepted your commission, I am not obliged to correct or change anything for you.

​

  • Any great changes will come with an extra charge. Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.

​

  • The file you will receive will be in the format of JPG file. If the artwork has a transparent background will be PNG file.

​

  • You can ask for more versions of the work if it's not beyond my control. but I do not provide PSD file unless it's for Vtuber model commission.

​

  • The file will be sent via sta.sh link, google drive link, or email.

Refunds

  • You can ask for a refund only during the sketch process. After that, there will not be any refunds.

    • Full refund when I did not starting your order.

    • Half refund when you received sketch confirmation

​

  • If the commission not finish on time (more than 3 months), you can ask me about refund. You can choose ;

    • Full refund if you didn't want your commission anymore.

    • Half refund and wait until I have finished your order.

​

  • You are not allowed to use the commissioned artwork even a sketch if you have canceled your order in the middle of the process.

Copyright & Usage policy

  • As the artist, I have full rights over the commissioned artwork.

​

  • Every commissioned artwork will have my signature on it, clients are not allowed to remove it nor cover it.

​

  • All commissioned artworks are subjected to be post online with watermark as part of my portfolio.

​

  • If you want to keep your commission private, please let me know beforehand and note that there will be extra charge of 20%

​

  • All commissioned artworks, unless state beforehand, are for personal use only. Clients are never permitted to use the commissioned artwork commercially.

​

  • For commercial use order, clients must specify beforehand that what it will be used for. Clients has no right to use the work other than those specified.

​

  • Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens.

​
